Supply Gifts
In-Kind giving is donating items to our cause. Sometimes it is as small as donating some artificial ivy for the faerie areas, sometimes it is large amounts of wood to build a stage, paint for the back drops or even 10x10's and carports for providing an information booth or a hospitality area for volunteers. Gifts big and spall are appreciated deeply!
Physical Supplies
Building the faire is both a figurative and a literal effort. We are looking for people, companies and suppliers who will work with us to have the supplies we need to literally "Build" the items needed to make this event a reality.

Although we do have a list we are building you can look at below, here's a quick idea of what we're looking for!
With multiple "realms" of the faire, some things can be mostly dedicated to a particular realm. However, the vast majority of items may be used interchangeably within the faire itself. That said, here are a few things you could donate that would be predominantly dedicated to the following realms:
Gleann Eidir (Meaning "The Glen Between," our Gate & Welcome area): Tablets for ticketing purposes, white ribbon for peace-ties, cashboxes, first aid supplies for the info booth, 2-way radios for the leadership team,
Nottinghamshire (Robin Hood): Archery Equipment, Clearly medieval decorations
Enchanted Wyldes (Light Fae): Quality fake fruits, cheeses, breads and veggies, crystals, a large wooden trencher table with bench seat(s), jewel-toned floral decor, silver plates and cups, heavy duty elegant colored glass ware (nothing easily breakable)
Shadow Wyldes (Dark Fae): Cottage-core decor, spider-webbing, fake gourds and mushrooms, wooden platters and mugs/cups,
Nordheim (Viking): Pewter cups/tankards, Viking and Nordic Decor (no helmets w/ horns... they weren't a real thing), drinking horns. ships oars
Mystbriar Inn (Alehouse): Large oak barrels/casks, portable carport w/ cover
The Infinite Imaginarium (1890's Circus): Red and Yellow fabric, Circus decor, Edison lights, red plastic tablecloths (we need a lot), Very large tent for patron shelter while eating.
And Finally, The OFFICE Realm (because... well, they need some stuff too): New file folders, full-sheet mailing envelopes, "forever" USPS postage, binder dividers
